Um, yeah, more of this please:
Maybe when this whole thing is over, someone can explain to me how the McCain-Palin ticket — which has gone around the country demarcating “real America” from “fake America” – someone can explain to me how this is the ticket that supposedly puts “Country First.” They’ve put certain parts of the country first, sure, but not country as a whole.
I am very glad Obama is closing on this point because McCain and Palin deserve to be thoroughly thrashed on this, over and over. It contradicts their “message” and underlines their hypocrisy.
McCain lost the ability to claim he puts Country First when he picked Sarah Palin. And don’t get me started on Palin herself…
Maybe in that same conversation as above someone can explain to me how Palin – with her long-standing ties to a secessionist party in Alaska that hates this country so much that they literally don’t want to be a part of her — maybe someone can explain to me how she’s not laughed out of every reasonable conversation involving patriotism and love for America.
