Yeah, that’s right. Scott, who is currently sitting on death row for killing his pregnant wife Laci and dumping her body in the San Francisco Bay, is on the Internet discussing his thoughts and displaying pictures of him and his dead wife.
The blog was given to Scott by the Canadians Against the Death Penalty in hopes that it will eventually change the law for the death penalty.
While part of me thinks this is fair because inmates should be able to exercise of their free speech, another part of me thinks this is just wrong and cruel to the victims families.

You’re not fooling me Scott. You know what.. I know exactly what you were doing because I lived the same double life as you did back in the 90’s. Same lies, fake business trips same kind of hot little piece of ass on the side. When I heard some of the stuff you were pulling, I laughed because the lies sounded strangely familiar. I pulled the same stuff. I was lying to both sides to cover where I was. Christmas eve with my girlfriend while the wife was at home etc. I was married too…..only difference was I had no kid on the way. The other difference was I finally divorced the old bitch! As costly and crippling as it was, to set me back, it was still better than spending the rest of my life in prison. I’ve fully recovered and surpassed assets I lost in the divorce and I got the hot new wife that’s 20 years younger than I. Truthfully, you blew it dude. If I would have known you at the time I would have given you better advice. You should have known you would have been the prime suspect because the Amber situation was not going to go undiscovered for long. I’m not going to debate your trial because trials are duels of liars called lawyers.
If anything, I consider you a victim of the fucked up and 1 sided divorce laws of this country. Divorce laws force guys like you to consider what might seem like the only way out and need revision.
I doubt you’ll tell me anything I’ve written is incorrect

What? Death Row Prisoners have rights? WHY?
To kill your pregnant wife and your unborn baby is the worst crime human being can commit. Why should he have rights, he should be stripped of all his rights!
The only right I think these death row inmates is the right to be put to death the next day! Just like they do a wild animal!
Some big bad prisoner needs to make Scott his princess!

Well, I think that things have worked out just great….. the scumbag is living in a cage, no hope for any type of future, no woman, no freedom,no privacy wasting each and every day of what remains of the rest of his life, probably having bad dreams, anxious and worried, bored, bland tasteless food,stark and uncomfortable surroundings, constant noise, lights on all night…….and now he’s making a public spectacle of himself once again with his silly blog….does this fool think that we don’t all see right through him and his foolishness?…..and at the end of it all, they’re gonna strap him to a table and “put him down”, just like any other sick animal. Funny… although you all may be right, you are judging him based on the “facts” the media gave out. You might want to try reading some of the stuff on the Save Scott Peterson web page. It does bring up some interesting information.
His “hottie” on the side – was no hottie. I seriously can’t see him choosing murder as a way out… only to possibly get that wench. If it was a “thought out, premeditated murder” – then he would have had the presence of mind to consider more implications, how he would be the first suspect, etc.
But that is ok – you all probably believe that all media is factual. (Oh, except that evil FoxNews, they must be biased… but not CNN…)
The news is a business. There to make money. Not there to present you with facts. Facts are boring. So they embellish, leave out bits that would cast doubt on the view THEY want you to have.
Keep being sheep. Don’t question anything.

Are you freakin kidding me Zoiid??? To attack the woman who clearly provided the motive as not being a “hottie” therefore not worthy of killing your wife over? Just because she is not “hot” in your lame opinion makes her a “wench”??? PLEASE! Beauty and obsession are in the eye of the beholder. She is innocent and you should be ashamed.
Yes the mainstream media is liberal and biased but there are plenty of other ways of obtaining factual information regarding this murderers case..i.e. public records in the form of transcripts,court documents, investigation reports…all of which might require READING which is too much work for most. And what does the media have to gain as a business in this case? This is not a political issue. (You must be very young so I will forgive you this time.)
And just to clarify…Scott is not allowed internet access. The messages are written to his family who posts them. And, yes, even murderers have mothers. If Scott were my kid he would be dead to me. Mommy needs to believe so she can keep the dream alive.

I’m not “freaking kidding you”. I didn’t “attack” her, I merely observed that from what little I know, physical looks, how she carried herself in the public eye, actions during and afterwards (yes, as reported via the liberal media), that she is no catch. Yes, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and from this beholder, she is no beauty. Innocent? No one is innocent…
The media has VIEWERSHIP numbers to gain. More advertisers buy time in slots when they can show more VIEWERSHIP. If they reported the facts, no media modifications to turn it into a drama, more people would shrug and change the channel. Sucks, but people are calloused. And they like a gory “husband killed wife and unborn child” story. Politics aren’t the only thing that are reported with bias. Anything that will make them money will be spun with the angle that will keep the most viewers glued.
Scott may be a murderer, but as far as I am concerned, he is only a *convicted murderer*. From a biased jury with minds made up before the facts were even presented.
And yes, it’s all so sick. That people are sheep, and go with the strong verbal majority – not even for fear of rocking the boat. They never even get to the point of considering that maybe he was wrongfully convicted.
And maybe he wasn’t.

who cares there are many people doing blogs and radio shows from death row. They can do it no matter what the outcome
they’re still going to die. First off the death penalty should be abolished, the US is one of only a few cuntrys that still has it. Second anyone complaining about this needs to find better things to complain about like an illegal war in Iraq and afganistan. Bush needs to be tryed for war crimes.

I of course have no way of determining the guilt or innocence of Scott. But, I must say that I am amazed at how the news media had already found him guilty from the very outset. I am sorry for what happened to Laci, but I am also disturbed that every picture released of her painted her has this always smiling wonderful person.I am not saying that this is a deliberately false image, but it does make her out as being too good to be true. And while I certainly don’t mean to suggest that her death is in anyway not tragic, I do feel as if the media and her family has painted the picture of a saint and it just strikes me as unrealistic. I do believe that the deceased should be treated with respect, but they should not be portrayed as flawless and/or blameless individuals. Something drove Scott to look elsewhere for love.

bleh. some organization put up a website for him, but at least he doesn’t have access to the internet. it’s incredulous to me that some people think he’s innocent…what part of going fishing on christmas eve near where your wife and child’s body washes up on shore later, is not suspicious? nevertheless, stupid is as stupid does.

The thing that always stood out most for me concerning this case was that the media immediately released the location of where Scott had been fishing. I remember saying, “If I were the killer I’d go get the body and dump it right there, they’d blame it on him no doubt.” Even the jurors said in a documentary, “had Laci’s and Conner’s bodies been found anywhere else other than right there Scott would be walking free today. The medial drew a map and put an X on it for the kill virtually saying, “dump here and they’ll blame Scott!” That’s how I see it, and I’ve yet to see enough evidence to dictate the death penalty yet. I’m not saying he didn’t do it, I just want to see proof positive before I see a man put to death or something that those Keystone Cops fumbled around with tripping over themselves.

It is apparent you have never been selected for Jury Duty (Thank God!) or you would not be so slanted in your opinion of how the jury system works. It is not flawless by any means but to state that the Peterson jury had made up their minds of a guilty verdict before the trial even began and the evidence was produced is outrageous! Apparently you have had personal communication with the some members of this particular jury to make such a statement!! Perhaps you should take your inside information to Mark Geragous and a mistrial could be called and you could help to free a man you deem innocent and wrongfully convicted!

Snowcajun…you want to see proof positive of guilt before you see a man put to death?…OK..for one…he was convicted by a jury of his peers..secondly…he not only killed his wife…he killed his unborn son…what more proof do you need?…there are two factors that make this case so disturbing…first…he killed his wife and child…second…that he’s wasting the tax payers money and still able to live and breath for God knows how long until they put his sorry a** to death…and he won’t be killed by someone he loved and trusted…he won’t be strangled or suffocated…it will be far less painless…and that is a tragedy in and of itself!!

nobody said Laci was perfect, but she from many peoples points of view, even strangers said she was a very nice person…and she dearly loved that man…and her and connor had a right to live…isn’t it funny how some people always have something rotten to say about the victims?Laci’s friends even said she would have been sick over how people were protraying her…nobody is perfect….BUt she did seem to be very excited about her baby’s arrival and her whole life. I think people should just shut the f up..

What kind of “proof” do some of you need? Was the fact that Scott Peterson told Amber Frey that his wife died tragically a few years before she actully had and he would be alone on the holidays not enough “proof”. Or how about during a few of the searches for Lacee, Scott was secretly calling Amber and acting as though he was on a business trip. He would tell her how much he missed and loved her…while friends, family, search teams etc…were in the middle of searching for his 9 months pregnant WIFE. Or how about the fact that the day Lacee went missing he called her mother and the first words out of his mouth were “Lacee’s missing”. Not, have you seen Lacee or spoken to her, just, she’s missing. He lied to Lacee, he lied to Amber, his family, his friends, the police. What kind of person is he to have absolutely no regard for honesty whatsoever? He didn’t even come clean to Amber about Lacee OR Connor until she saw it on the news herself and asked him about it! If that doesn’t sound suspicious, I don’t know what does. Sometimes you don’t need “the smoking gun” or “the bloody knife” for “proof”.

People like Zoiid are obviously not very familiar with the facts of the case. I have closely followed this tragedy from the 1st time I saw it on the news in 2002.
First of all no one has ever claimed that Laci was perfect. Her own mother as well as her friends have never said that. The fact that she was beautiful and had such an engaging smile gave many people that perception. If you read Sharon’s book or commentaries by her many friends they address Laci’s many qualities as well as her flaws. She was just a regular person like most of us until that terrible day.
The prosecution delivered as a motive for this heinous crime Scott’s desire to be rid of Laci and his unborn child and the financial obligations they brought with them. It was about his desire to be free to pursue woman at large. They did not point to Amber as the reason but the unwitting catalyst. She was merely a reminder of what was no longer available to him as a married man about to become a new father.
If you read of all the things Scott did the day Laci was found to be missing, and all the weird things he did from that day forth it is very hard to believe he could be innocent. The man went fishing on a secret boat that absolutely no one knew he owned 90 miles away from his wife who could conceivably give birth at any minute. After claiming he couldn’t reach her by phone during the day, he came home to a dark house with her car in the driveway, no “dear Scott” note telling him where she was, the dog in the backyard with his leash on and no signs or scents of the baking she was supposedly going to be doing. And his response instead of panic was to heat up pizza, take a shower and do just his laundry before bothering to call anyone. And that was just day one…….

scott, seem to have wanted out of his marriage to laci , yet to kill her so close to her due date is cruel and unforgiving. If think most people cannot understand why he just did-not leave he would not be the first or last to do this or why a man would appear to have an normal life for 30 years would be able to do this type of crime.

From the moment I saw the news feeds that Laci was missing, and her “loving husband” making appeals on tv, I suspected he was guilty of her murder. I followed this case from the day Laci went missing to the present day. There is no doubt in my mind that Scott Peterson is guilty. If he wanted to pursue other women, then divorce his wife. There is no reason for a man to murder an innocent woman and child. Not only did Scott Peterson prove to the world he is a murderer, he also proved he was an absolute idiot because his pathetic attempts to cover up his deed were nothing short of lame. Please continue to write your blog Peterson. It serves as a constant reminder that you are a pathetic individual who continues to try to fool people. Only fools are you and, unfortunately, your supporters who continue to be fooled by your fabrications. May the day when you meet your maker arrive sooner rather than later. RIP Laci & Connor
