What’s great: Brinkley gets sole custody over the kids. She also gets all the real estate and her boat.

What sucks: Brinkley has to pay Cook a flat amount of $2.1 million, mainly to cover his legal costs. He is also allowed visitation and will be consulted regarding decisions about the children, reports the NY Post.
